Good Location, Some Issues
convenient location comfortable bed friendly staff dirty floor smelly pillows broken door
The hotel's location was very convenient, especially during October fest. The train station was about a 10-minute walk away, really handy. The room was generally clean, and I found the bed soft.. and comfortable. The staff member at reception was friendly and gave a great schnitzel recommendation.
It was really off-putting. The bathroom door was broken, and despite reporting it, no one came to fix it .

Awesome hotel experience!
early check-in luggage storage convenient location
The hotel's proximity to the tram and train made getting around super easy. They allowed early check-in, fantastic after a long journey. I really appreciated the luggage storage options, including lockers!

A few issues
uncomfortable bed street noise
The bed WASN'T comfy. I also had issues with street noise. It was a REALLY noisy area, so sleeping with the windows open wasn't ideal. The provided fan just circulated hot air. I struggled to get a good night's sleep.

handy location helpful staff friendly staff air conditioning noisy street sleep trouble
the location proved quite handy. i could walk to many attractions. i also found the staff helpful. they were friendly when i needed assistance.
the room lacked air conditioning. it became uncomfortably warm. the street outside was noisy at night. i had some trouble sleeping because of it.
